Delusions of Grandeur (film)

Delusions of Grandeur (French: La folie des grandeurs) is a 1971 French historical comedy film by Gérard Oury. The film, inspired by Victor Hugo's play Ruy Blas, is about a tax collector of the 16th century Spanish court (Louis de Funès) who tries to take his job back with the help of his valet (Yves Montand). The English version of the film was released by Synkronized USA.[1]
